Required Components:
- large egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream 15% - 40 g.
- fat milk - 100 g.
- Refined oil - 40 g.
- baking powder dough - 3 g.
- food vanilla - 3 g.
- edible salt - 10 g.
- white granulated sugar - 70 g.
- premium wheat flour - 500 g.
Step by step process of cooking brushwood:
1. Take a raw egg. Break it into a bowl. With a whisk, beat it up a little.
2. Put sour cream in a bowl with an egg.
3. Pour milk into the same container.
4. Add vegetable oil to the general mixture. Gently mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
5. Pour baking powder and vanillin into a cup with all components.
6. Immediately add granulated sugar and salt to the mass. Mix everything well.
7. Add flour in small portions. Knead a thick dough.
8. Roll the dough into a layer. Cut the formation into strips. Pass one end of each strip into the slotted hole in the center.
9. Fry brushwood in vegetable oil. Cook over medium heat.
10. Crispy, fragrant brushwood can be eaten. Bon Appetit!
