For the preparation of fried forest mushrooms, you can use one type of mushroom or an assortment of boletus, boletus boletus, butter, white mushrooms. Before preparing any mushroom dish, it is important to carefully sort the collected mushrooms. Doubtful, old, wormy fruiting bodies need to be ruthlessly thrown out.
Ingredients
To cook mushrooms with onions, fried in oil, you need:
- edible forest mushrooms 1.5 kg;
- onions 200 - 250 g;
- oil 70 ml;
- garlic, optionally 1-2 cloves;
- salt.
Fry mushrooms
1. Wash the selected mushrooms, cut off the tips of the legs, leave the small fruiting bodies intact, cut large ones into pieces. Fold in the pan. Pour about 2 liters of water.
2. Heat the contents to a boil and cook for about a quarter of an hour. Their boiled mushrooms completely drain the water.
3. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until a slight color change.
5. Put the boiled mushrooms in a pan with onions.
6. Fry them in a skillet without covering, about 40 - 45 minutes. Five minutes before cooking, salt the fried mushrooms with onions to taste and, if desired, add chopped garlic.
Fried forest mushrooms can be eaten as an independent dish.
They can become a filling for pies, pies and tartlets. Fried mushrooms can be seasoned with buckwheat or rice porridge.
