A wonderful, tasty preparation for the winter of eggplant will surely appeal to lovers of savory snacks. The recipe for the preservation of eggplant "Like mushrooms" is very simple, prepared without sterilization.

Products:


  • - eggplant - 0.5 kg;
  • - water - 420 ml;
  • - garlic - 2-3 teeth;
  • - laurel leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • - allspice - 5 pcs.;
  • - vinegar 9% - 25 ml;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp.

Step by step recipe


We prepare the necessary products for the preservation of eggplant "Like mushrooms."

After washing the eggplant, cut off the fruit stems on the fruits. The medium-sized fruits are cut into 4 parts, and then each part is cut into bars. Asleep eggplant slices 1 tbsp. l salt, leave in salt for 30 minutes. After time, we wash the eggplants under running water, washing off the salt from them, and along with the salt and bitterness.

After pouring prescription water into the cookware, put it on the fire. Add 0.5 tsp. salt, pepper, laurel leaves and vinegar according to the recipe.

Bringing the marinade to a boil, Pour into the pan chopped eggplant slices. Boil the eggplant in the marinade for 10 minutes.

We wash the container for preservation with warm water and soda, rinse well and sterilize. We lay out the pieces of eggplant in jars in layers, between which we determine the garlic, cut into small pieces.
