In this review, the wizard shows how to make a Chinese traditional instrument, which is useful in the process of working with wood.
To make it, you will need two wooden blocks, a piece of thin metal (for example, you can use a wide blade for a hacksaw for metal), two bolts and two clamping levers.

First of all, cut off two bars of the desired length. Between them we clamp the canvas, and fix everything on a double-sided tape to drill two holes.
Then we remove the adhesive tape, collect it again and fix it already on two bolts.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author makes two clamping levers from a piece of brass. We process them on a grinding machine, and then drill holes in them and cut the threads.
The bolt caps will need to be grinded so that they are flush with the surface of the wooden block. We cut off the excess part of the thread.
We cut the metal strip into two parts at an angle, and grind the ends a little. When all the parts are ready, you can start assembling.
And we got a tool for marking and measuring angles - that is, small, only Chinese. These are often used in carpentry workshops in China.
