From a hand circular saw and square shaped pipes, you can make a machine for sawing plywood and furniture panels in a home workshop.
First of all, it is necessary to cut off four guides from the profile 40 * 40 mm (wall thickness - 2 mm) 2 meters long.
We take two profile pipes, on the edges we fasten the boards 95 * 480 mm and a thickness of 15 mm. We drill holes in them, then fasten to the screws.
After that, it is necessary to fasten the bars of 90 * 480 mm and a thickness of 55 mm to the boards, and to them - the bars of 55 * 400 mm, 35 mm thick.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, we take the remaining two profile pipes 40 * 40 mm 2 meters long, and fasten them to the wooden blocks.
From the studs, bearings, washers and nuts, we assemble rollers for two carriages, on the basis of which a moving platform will be assembled.
Next, we saw off eight wooden blocks, and collect two carriages, which we mount on the rails from the profile.
We fasten the plywood 410 * 520 mm to the carriages (its thickness is 15 mm). Then we attach a manual circular to the resulting platform.
