Are there any chips or cracks on the car glass? This can be easily fixed using a special repair kit, which can be ordered on Aliexpress or another website on the Internet.
The kit itself includes: a plastic injector for glass repair, a blade, films and a special polymer, which is used as a filler.
First of all, especially if chips or cracks in the car glass are old, you need to use a dremel to make a small depression.
Then you need to drip a little liquid polymer and push it into the chip or crack using a metal pin (nail) with a rounded end.
The main stages of work
After the polymer has filled cracks and chips, you need to glue the film on top of the glass, which comes with the repair kit.
Then it is advisable to drive the car out in the sun so that the polymer hardens. In time, you need to wait about 15-20 minutes.
The next step is to remove the film and remove the polymer layer with a blade, which also comes with a repair kit. Next, you will need to polish this area of glass.
If you look closely, you can still notice small cracks, but in any case, this result is much better than what was originally.
