So, we can safely proceed and for the process we will need:
• Five foam bells 8.5 cm high;
• Five to six different napkins with beautiful pictures;
• PVA glue;
• Decoupage acrylic varnish;
• Ceramic bowl;
• Foam sponge;
• Dry spangles;
• Berries in akhar of different colors, sugar stamens;
• Ribbons red, blue, blue, green;
• Metal bells;
• Scissors, lighter;
• Small decorative cones;
• Nippers and wire.
The first thing that we do is for convenience, we need hooks for each bell so that they can be hung when they dry. So, bite off five pieces of 4 cm slices and bend each into a loop.
Now we insert each loop at the top of each bell.
Prepared, now you can prepare pictures with which we will decorate the bells.
We take napkins and carefully remove the top layer from each. Make sure that the top layer remains strictly. Now, with each napkin, we get a variety of pictures. Pictures are better to crop and not crop, so the effect will be more interesting.
The decor is ready, you can proceed directly to the decoupage. Pour in a bowl of water and PVA glue in the same ratio. Mix thoroughly. We take a small picture, put it on the bell.
Blotting the foam sponge into the adhesive mixture, glue this picture to the bell. Then we apply the following, glue and so we decorate the whole bell. Pass the ribbon into the loop and hang the bell in a convenient place until it dries completely. We take the rest of the bells and do the same with them. We dry each separately.
When all the bells have dried out, we begin to cover them with layers of varnish. First one, dry, then the second, dry, and so on just five, preferably more layers of varnish. In the penultimate layer, you can pour dry spangles directly into the varnish and open the bells with such a mixture.
Now we need to close the loops with a different decor. We take berries, stamens and ribbons and tie bows and make bouquets.
We insert the hinges inward and glue the decor at the top of the bells.
Bells are ready, you can decorate your New Year's guest. Thanks for your attention!
