An elastic band needs to be inserted into the skirt of the hypochondria, the ends of it must be connected using a false seam on a sewing machine. The length of the elastic is calculated as the waist circumference minus 10 cm.
The petticoat is ready. Tailored and stitched in this way, it holds the shape of a sun skirt well.
