In the festive bustle, many hostesses often puzzle over what they will cook for the table and what dishes will surprise guests this time. As a rule, before serving traditional hot dishes, relatives and friends gathered together on a special occasion, they are treated to cold snacks, which include various slices and salads. The most popular of them are the beloved "fur coat", "Olivier", "Greek". Today, we offer you to cook a well-known salad of processed cheeses in a new way and call it Raffaello.

To get started, let's prepare such ingredients as: four processed cheese (100 grams each), a handful of fried hazelnuts, 300 grams of mayonnaise, salt to taste, three chicken eggs, a packet of coconut flakes.

Now we can proceed to the process of preparing our Raffaello. So, boil the eggs and grate them.

Cream cheese also grate and combine with chopped eggs. For a pungent taste, chopped garlic cloves can also be included in the salad. Add to them the mayonnaise and move everything well, salting to taste. Next, we will sculpt small balls in size from the resulting curd mass. Put one nut in the middle of each of the received “Raffaellock”.

It remains to roll our lumps in coconut flakes and beautifully put on a festive dish. Now our snowballs have become very similar to the popular Raffaello sweets.
