When welding metal frames from profile pipes, it is very difficult to simultaneously set three angles at 90 degrees. You can, of course, use magnetic corners, but even in this case you will have to spend time on fitting parts.
If you often have to deal with this kind of work, you can do it yourself with a convenient welding jig for setting three angles. This device will help speed up the process of fitting and welding frames from the profile.
First of all, it will be necessary to cut the site for the welding jig from a sheet of metal 6 mm thick. Plate dimensions - 20 * 20 cm.
Also, from the same sheet of metal with a thickness of 6 mm, two more blanks with a size of 15 * 20 cm will need to be cut using a grinder. They will need to cut 80 * 80 mm in one "window". After that, it is already possible to start manufacturing a welding jig.
The main stages of work
After processing by grinding or using a grinder with a flap wheel, all three blanks of sheet metal must be welded together (at an angle of 90 degrees relative to each other). Welds must be cleaned.
At the next stage, from the scraps of a plate with a thickness of 6 mm and a profile pipe 40 * 25 mm, it is necessary to make a clamping square. In it, the master drills a hole into which the sleeve from the jet thrust inserts. It must be fixed with a piece of bolt or stud.
Then it remains only to make another clamp for vertically welded parts, after which you can proceed to painting and assembling the fixture.
