Manufacturing process
First of all, cut a piece with a size of 40x25 cm from a steel sheet 8 mm thick. From a strip with dimensions of 20x4 mm, you need to make a conductor of a suitable shape. Then from the same plate it is necessary to weld a pad to each blank, into which studs from bolts will be welded. In each site we drill two holes.
Then, using a punch, we transfer the dimensions to the plate and also drill through holes in it. We insert studs from the bolts into the holes in the platforms and scald them. Next, we assemble the design and you can begin to work. On the reverse side of the plate, two angles can be welded for a secure and convenient fixation in a vice.
