If there is no way to install a wardrobe in the hallway, then make a compact clothes hanger from improvised materials. To do this, you will need four nails, each at least 20 cm long, as well as a small piece of board.
We take four nails, grind sharp edges on the hats, and also blunt the ends on an emery or sanding belt. Then, using a marker, we apply three marks on the surface at a distance of 3 cm, 9 cm and 16 cm from the edge of the nail, and bend the shaft.
The main stages of work
To do this, we clamp each nail into a vice, heat the folds with a gas burner and bend using pliers or by putting a steel tube on the rod. However, if desired, you can bend with your bare hands.
The result should be four identical blanks. At the next stage, we make two marks in the middle, heat it with a gas burner and slightly flatten with a hammer. Then we level the platform with a grinder and drill through holes in these places.
On the resulting blanks (pre-painted with spray paint) we put on round handles made of wood or plastic. We lubricate the end part with superglue for greater reliability.
Hanger assembly
Next, you will need a piece of board with a length of 50 cm and a width of 11 cm, the surface of which needs to be slightly burned with a gas spray. After that, we process the surface and ends of the wooden billet with a grinder, and then cover with colorless varnish (it is better to use varnish from a spray can).
On the back of the board, you must install two metal mounts so that you can hang the entire structure on the wall. Then we fasten the prepared nails-hooks to the screws. The result is a compact and very nice coat hanger for clothes and hats.
